Our Informal Gathering

It was thursday when I met the chief of organization, Toriq, at the campus mosque. I suggested him to having such kind of informal gathering for all members of our organization. At the first gathering I planned to gather the boys and he agreed with my plan. I sent sms to some boys to come to my boarding house at 8 pm.

That night I was very surprissed because all of the boy members were coming to my boarding house. I only invited some members but I found all were coming to my boarding house. I confirmed Toriq and he explained tha he is the one inviting all boy members to come to the gathering. Husin and I were confused about what to do, actually both of us proposed this agenda. But we had no any preparation for the gathering.

Then we started the agenda like in the informal gathering. first I explained about the agenda. The first minutes was very uninteresting and boring because almost all members talked each other and not paying much attention to this agenda. but I was surprissed when I talked about our organization and what would we do to it this year. Every member became active and shared his own experience in the organization as well as their expectation for the next period of it. they expected such gathering to be conducted next time. They said that from this program they can share each other about their experience and will make relationship become closer. Everyone enjoyed the gathering.

Finally, we agreed to have such gathering again next time routinely.
